L: Had this beer on-tap at The Answer Brewpub, poured into a snifter. Had a black color and an opaque consistency. There was an inch of creamy, tan-colored, fairly long-lasting head. Pretty good lacing.
S: An extremely alluring aroma of chocolate, coffee, malt, and coconut.
T: Tasted of a lot of coffee, some chocolate notes (especially in the finish), coconut, light roasted malt notes, light hops, a nice nutty quality and a sugary quality. A very complex and well-balanced flavor with a lot of character. It's never overpowering and is easy to drink.
F: A good amount of carbonation with a super smooth finish. Full-bodied.
O: This is an extremely well made, tasty beer. Very much drinkable.
