L: Had this beer on-tap at The Answer Brewpub, poured into a pint glass. Had a dark red color and a thick, murky consistency (kind of like a puree). There was a half inch of foamy, fairly long-lasting head. Good lacing.
S: A nice and sweet aroma of citrus, salt, cherries, and other fruit.
T: Tasted of the typical gose salt, raspberries, a lot of citrus (lemon and orange, in particular), a bit of cherries, light wheat notes, and pronounced sour quality. An exceptionally fruity flavor that's light, but manages to be quite complex. Very sweet (and sour) and refreshing.
F: A highly carbonated beer with a vibrant finish. Light-bodied.
O: Not your typical gose for sure, but it still manages to be drinkable. Very tasty.
