L: Had this beer on-tap at The Answer Brewpub, poured into a snifter glass. Had a dark brown / black color and an impenetrable consistency. There was a small amount of creamy, tan-colored head that quickly dissipated. Good lacing.
S: A very alluring aroma of chocolate, roasted malt, vanilla, coffee, and maple syrup.
T: Tasted of a fair amount of roasted malt, a tinge of maple syrup (mostly in the finish), lots of coffee, a bunch of chocolate, light vanilla, hops, and some cinnamon as well. This is a big, complex flavor. It has everything you could want in an imperial stout flavor - coffee, chocolate, etc. Sweet and easy to like.
F: A good amount of carbonation with a smooth finish. Full-bodied.
O: Again, The Answer throws out another powerhouse stout. Very much drinkable.
