L: Poured from a crowler to a tulip glass. Had a bright amber color and a cloudy consistency. There was an inch of foamy, fairly long-lasting head. Excellent lacing.
S: A nice aroma of hops, citrus, an oaty / grainy quality, and some malt.
T: Tasted of a good shot of citrus fruit (orange, lemon), a bit of the aforementioned oaty / grainy quality, lots of hops, light malt notes, and a little tropical fruit. This is one of those interesting flavors that grows on you the more you drink it. It has a subtle complexity that makes it quite enjoyable.
F: A solidly carbonated beer with a lively finish. Medium-bodied.
O: This is a well done, easy to drink DIPA. Not as in your face as other beers of the style, but definitely tasty.
