L: Had this beer on-tap at the Answer Brewpub, poured into a snifter glass. Had a blood red color and a thick, almost smoothie-like consistency. There was a quarter inch of foamy, off white, long-lasting head. Fantastic lacing.
S: A super sweet aroma of cherries, some malt, and salt.
T: Tasted of a mild amount of malt (barely noticeable), a tinge of salt, a gigantic heap of cherries, a light amount of spices (hard to tell what), and some other fruit (raspberries?). They definitely went all in on the cherries for this one. The flavor's tart, sweet, light and enjoyable. Not exactly complex, but it doesn't have to be.
F: A decent amount of carbonation with a slick, yet lively finish. Light-bodied.
O: Quite a likable beer. If you love cherries, check this one out.
