L: Had this beer on-tap at The Answer Brewpub, poured into a snifter glass. Had a dark brown / black color and a thick, opaque consistency. There was a quarter inch of creamy, tan-colored, somewhat long-lasting head. Not a lot of lacing, though.
S: A very enticing aroma of coffee, gingerbread, roasted malt, and cinnamon.
T: Tasted of a fair amount of gingerbread, a whole lot of coffee (very much evident), a light dusting of cinnamon, some roasted malt, a hint of chocolate, and vanilla as well. A big, robust, interesting flavor. This is very focused, sweet taste that would be good for drinking on Christmas Day.
F: A good amount of carbonation with a silky finish. Full-bodied.
O: Another well made stout from The Answer. Incredibly tasty and drinkable.
