L: Had this beer on-tap at The Answer, poured into a snifter glass. Had a blood red color and a super thick, opaque consistency. There was a thin, off white, fairly long-lasting head. Not much lacing.
S: A big, fruity, tart aroma of raspberries, blueberries, sea salt, wheat, and some other light fruit.
T: Tasted of a tinge of wheat (not that much), some blueberries (a mild-tasting fruit most of the time), lots of raspberries, a hint of sea salt,a definite tartness, and light citrus fruit. An incredibly dynamic, very fruity flavor. More complex than I expected, with a lot of character.
F: A fair amount of carbonation with a lively finish. Light-bodied.
O: An interesting and well made gose. Worth a look if you want something different.
