L: Had this beer on-tap at The Answer, poured into a snifter glass. Had a dark brown / black color and a thick, opaque consistency. There was a quarter inch of foamy, tan-colored head that lasted an average amount time. Good lacing.
S: A very enticing aroma of coffee, roasted malt, chocolate, chili peppers, and cinnamon.
T: Tasted of a good amount of chocolate, lots of coffee (not too much), a nice bit of cinnamon, a shot of chili peppers (mostly in the finish), and some coconut as well. A big, robust and powerful flavor. The chili peppers, play well the chocolate and coffee. This is a complex and likable taste.
F: A fair amount of carbonation with a somewhat slick finish. Full-bodied.
O: This is an excellent, well made stout. Very much drinkable.
