The beer pours a bubbly head that is a dark chocolate black. The beer is also a dark chocolate black but resembles more of a fudge black with a gooey texture to it.
The smell is good and consists of a light hazelnut with a moderate coconut and fudge note.
The taste strongly resembles a delicious german chocolate cake with a light hazelnut note, moderate coconut, and chocolate fudge note. There is also a slight cherry note.
The feel has a heavy body with a silk and smooth texture to it.
Overall, another indulgent and delicious beer from this brewery.

L: Had this beer on-tap at The Answer Brewpub, poured into a snifter glass. Had a dark brown / black color and a thick, opaque texture. There was a quarter inch of foamy, tan-colored, fairly long-lasting head. Not much lacing here.
S: A very nice aroma of chocolate, coconut, nuts, roasted malt, and bourbon.
T: Tasted of a bit of hazelnuts, some light roasted malt notes (mostly in the finish), a good amount of bourbon (mostly in the barrel), lots of chocolate, and a hint of coffee. This is one easy to like flavor. Not quite as rich as some of The Answer's other stouts, but complex and tasty nonetheless. Gets better as you go along.
F: A solid amount of carbonation with a silky smooth finish. Full-bodied.
O: A well made and easy to drink stout. Definitely drinkable.
