L: Had this beer on-tap at The Answer Brewpub, poured into a snifter glass. Had a dark brown color and a thick, opaque texture. There was a thin, tan-colored, creamy head that lasted an average amount of time. Below average lacing.
S: A very nice aroma of chocolate, vanilla, malt, and strawberries.
T: Tasted of a tinge of malt (mostly in the finish; barely noticeable), a little bit of vanilla (the least of the flavors), lots of milk chocolate, and some strawberries. Well, yes, it really does taste like Neapolitan ice cream. It's a thick, creamy, sweet, ice cream-like flavor. The alcohol's hardly there. Quite tasty.
F: An average amount of carbonation with a super creamy and smooth finish. Full-bodied.
O: A well done beer all around. If you like sweet stouts, check this one out.
