Almost a little too rich, thick and sweet. But for a couple of sips, it’s delicious.

L: Had this on-tap at The Answer Brewpub, poured into a snifter glass. Had a dark brown / black color and a thick, opaque consistency. There was a quarter inch of foamy, tan-colored, somewhat long-lasting head. No lacing to speak of.
S: A very enticing aroma of bourbon, chocolate, coffee, nuts, and malt.
T: Tasted of a small amount of malt (mostly in the finish), lots of white and milk chocolate (always welcome), a light nutty quality, some bourbon (and the accompanying barrel), and a bit of coffee as well. An incredibly well-balanced and complex flavor. The bourbon adds an interesting element. Very sweet and tasty.
F: An average amount of carbonation with a smooth and creamy finish. Full-bodied.
O: An extremely well made and likable beer. Definitely drinkable.
