A: The beer is hazy dark yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high off white head.
S: Light to moderate aromas of crushed pineapples are preset in the nose along with notes of sourness.
T: The taste has flavors of pineapples along with notes of yogurt-like lactobacillus. There is a light to moderate amount of sourness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a bit creamy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I liked how this gose wasn't dominated by pineapples in the smell and taste and still tasted true to its style.
