L: Had this beer on-tap at The Answer Brewpub, poured into a snifter glass. Had a dark reddish color and a thick, opaque consistency. There was a thin, foamy, off white head that quickly dissipated. Pretty good lacing.
S: A solid aroma of plums, salt, yeast, and some other mild fruit.
T: Tasted of a bit of yeast (mostly in the finish), a good shot of plums (not as much as I thought), a little citrus (lemon?), and a decent amount of salt (not overbearing). This may be the first time I've tried a wild ale with plums in it. The flavor's not bad, but it doesn't quite have the pop that others do. Still, it's subtle and focused.
F: A decent amount of carbonation with a smooth finish. Medium-bodied.
O: A solidly made, easy to drink wild ale. Worth a look.
