L: Had this beer on-tap at The Answer Brewpub, poured into a snifter glass. Had a reddish-pink color and a cloudy texture. There was a thin, off white, foamy head that lasted an average amount of time. Very good lacing.
S: A sweet and light aroma of citrus and tropical fruit, stone fruit, rum, and coconut.
T: Tasted of little bit of stone fruit (cherries), lots of tropical fruit (pineapple, especially), some light yeast notes (muted by the fruit elements), a bit of rum, and lots of citrus (orange). I'm not familiar with the cocktail this beer is named after, but now I'm curious. It's light, fruity, and effervescent. Quite tasty.
F: A good amount of carbonation with a lively finish. Light-bodied.
O: This is one of those beers that's great for the summer. Drinkable.
