L: Had this beer on-tap at The Answer Brewpub, poured into a snifter glass. Had a medium red color and a thick, opaque consistency. There was a quarter inch of foamy, off white head that lasted an average amount of time. Good lacing.
S: A very enticing aroma of citrus, tropical fruit, yeast, stone fruit, and vanilla.
T: Tasted of a mild amount of yeast (not particularly prevalent), a good shot of vanilla, lots of pineapple (of course), some cherries, and a bit of almonds as well. Wow. This is a fantastically well done flavor. All the ingredients mesh well together. It's sweet and well-balanced. Extremely tasty.
F: A good amount of carbonation with a vibrant finish. light-bodied.
O: This is an excellent beer all around. Definitely drinkable.
