L: Had this beer on-tap at The Answer Brewpub, poured into a snifter glass. Had a dark brown / black color and a thick, opaque consistency. There was a small amount of creamy, tan-colored head that lasted a fair while. Good lacing.
S: A very enticing aroma of coffee, malt, cinnamon, chocolate and maple syrup.
T: Tasted of a fair amount of malt (not overly prevalent), a bit of cinnamon (just a pinch), lots of maple syrup (more than expected), a ton of coffee, and light chocolate notes. An incredibly tasty and sweet flavor. It has much more maple syrup than you usually get from beers that advertise as much. Very tasty.
F: An average amount of carbonation with a smooth finish. Full-bodied.
O: An extremely likable beer. Worth a look.
