L: Had this beer on-tap at The Answer Brewpub, poured into a snifter glass. Had a medium red color and a thick, opaque consistency. There was a quarter inch of foamy, off white, somewhat long-lasting head. Average lacing.
S: A sugary sweet aroma of chocolate, marshmallow, vanilla, and raspberries.
T: Tasted of a tinge of malt (barely noticeable), a whole lot of raspberries (very noticeable), a ton of chocolate (a good complement), and a good amount of marshmallow. Like the aroma, the flavor is super sweet, but not in a cloying way. The chocolate and raspberries were seemingly made to go together. Delicious stuff.
F: A good amount of carbonation with a lively finish. Medium-bodied.
O: An incredibly enjoyable, light beer. Definitely worth checking out.
