L: Had this on-tap at The Answer Brewpub, poured into a snifter glass. Had a jet black color and a thick, opaque consistency. There was a 3/4", creamy, tan-colored, long-lasting head. Fantastic lacing.
S: A big, enticing aroma of chocolate, coconut, malt, coffee, and bourbon.
T: Tasted of a decent bit of espresso, some malt (mostly in the finish), a ton of chocolate (the dominant ingredient), some bourbon, a little honey, and light coconut notes. A powerful, complex, and likable flavor. It's definitely chocolate-centric, but the addition of the honey and bourbon complements it well. Really delicious stuff.
F: A well-carbonated beer with a silky smooth finish. Full-bodied.
O: If you like chocolate stouts, check this one out. Extremely drinkable.
