L: Had this beer on-tap at The Answer Brewpub, poured into a snifter glass. Had a dark brown / black color and a thick, opaque consistency. There was a quarter inch of foamy, tan-colored head that quickly dissipated. Good lacing.
S: A very nice aroma of malt, coconut, chocolate, and coffee.
T: Tasted of a tinge of coffee (barely present), lots of coconut (one of the dominant ingredients), a hint of hops, a good shot of white chocolate, and light malt notes. I wasn't a huge fan of the original Trombone Adam, but this one is quite solid. It's a sweet flavor, with the chocolate and coconut taking center stage. Delicious.
F: A decent amount of carbonation with a smooth finish. Medium-bodied.
O: A well done, easy to drink beer. Worth a try.
