From tasting notes 11/09/18
Had on-tap at The Answer Brewpub in Richmond, VA
Appearance - Served up 6oz into a stemless glass, hazy and dark golden orange with a mostly barren surface and a razor thin ring of suds around the edge of the glass. A few small spots make up the lacing. 3.75
Smell - The mosaic hops really stands out on the nose; orange, peach, pineapple and a hint of mango.
Taste - Follows the nose. Super fruity and tropical flavor profile. Orange, peach and mango shine upfront, with a touch of pineapple kicking in mid-taste. Non-descript, generic malt sweetness. Finish adds a touch of stonefruit pit nuttiness.
Mouthfeel - Medium in body with fair carbonation. Slick, easy drinker before a semi-dry finish.
Overall - Pure mosaic bomb. Stupid fruity sweetness. Honestly not sure if I could do this one back-to-back.
