L: Had this beer on-tap at The Answer Brewpub, poured into a snifter glass. Had a deep, dark mahogany brown color and a thick, opaque consistency. There was a half inch of creamy, tan-colored, long-lasting head. Good lacing.
S: An enticing aroma of chocolate, malt, chili peppers, spices, and vanilla.
T: Tasted of a tinge of vanilla (mainly in the finish), a whole lot of chocolate (present throughout), a decent amount of spices (cinnamon, in particular), and a moderate amount of chili peppers. While the flavor isn't as hot as you would think, the peppers still add a unique dimension to it. Sweet, hot, and tasty.
F: A fair amount of carbonation with a warm, smooth finish. Medium-bodied.
O: A well done, easy to drink stout. Drinkable.
