L: Had this beer on-tap at The Answer Brewpub, poured into a snifter glass. Had a dark brown / black color and a thick, opaque consistency. There was a half inch of creamy, tan-colored, long-lasting head. Good lacing.
S: A fantastic aroma of chocolate, chili peppers, malt, marshmallows, and peanut butter.
T: Tasted of a bit of malt (barely a factor), some cinnamon notes, a good amount of chili peppers (mostly in the finish), lots of chocolate, some peanut butter, and a tinge of vanilla. An exceptionally rich, sweet, and complex flavor. It's not as peanut buttery as you'd think, but the chocolate and chili's make up for it. Quite delicious.
F: An average amount of carbonation with a silky smooth finish. Full-bodied.
O: A well made, easy to like stout. Drinkable.
