L: Had this beer on-tap at The Answer Brewpub, poured into a snifter glass. Had a dark brown / black color and a thick, opaque consistency. There was a quarter inch of foamy, tan-colored, long-lasting head. Good lacing.

S: A very sweet and enticing aroma of bananas, chocolate, rum, malt, and vanilla.

T: Tasted of a mild amount of malt (present throughout), some cinnamon notes, a tinge of vanilla, lots of chocolate (the primary ingredient, a good shot of banana, and a little rum. This is a complex and surprisingly subtle flavor. The rum gives it a little kick, but it's not a huge factor. Quite delicious.

F: A fair amount of carbonation with a velvety smooth finish. Full-bodied.

O: A thoroughly enjoyable beer. Drinkable.
