L: Had this beer on-tap at The Answer Brewpub, poured into a snifter glass. Had a dark brown / black color and a thick opaque consistency. There was a quarter inch of creamy, tan-colored, long-lasting head. Pretty good lacing.
S: An enticing aroma of chocolate, roasted malt, vanilla, and coffee.
T: Tasted of a moderate amount of roasted malt (present throughout), a tinge of vanilla, a whole lot of chocolate (the dominant force here), and a little coffee to top things off. A extremely rich and smooth flavor. It's definitely a chocolate bomb (yes it does taste like a brownie), but the other ingredients give good support. Delicious stuff.
F: An average amount of carbonation with a velvety smooth finish. Full-bodied.
O: An incredibly rich and well made beer. Drinkable.
