L: Had this beer on-tap at The Answer Brewpub, poured into a snifter glass. Had a bright amber color and a mostly clear consistency. There was a half inch of foamy, fairly long-lasting head. Good lacing.
S: A so-so aroma of malt, light hops, a bready quality, and some caramel.
T: Tasted of a bit of the bready quality (not a huge component), a good amount of malt (present throughout), a tinge of caramel (could've used more), and a mild hoppy presence. This is one of those flavors that's a bit on the thin side, which might be due to the style itself. Some of the ingredients seem a little underrepresented.
F: A good amount of carbonation with a somewhat watery finish Light-bodied.
O: Not necessarily a bad beer, but kind of forgettable.
