L: Had this beer on-tap at The Answer Brewpub, poured into a taster glass. Had an orange color and a thick, viscous consistency, There was a thin, foamy head that quickly dissipated. Very good lacing.
S: An interesting aroma of tropical fruit, citrus fruit, malt, and chili peppers.
T: Tasted of a small amount of malt (very fleeting), lots of citrus fruit (lime and lemon, especially), a good shot of habanero chili peppers (particularly in the finish), and a lot of tropical fruit (the advertised guava and mangoes). An offbeat and lively flavor. For some reason the heat from the chili peppers works well with the sourness of the beer. Delicious.
F: A below average amount of carbonation with a smooth, yet hot finish. Medium-bodied.
O: A strangely enjoyable sour beer. Drinkable.
