Diablo Forever is a reimagining of Diablo’s Brunch. We’ve pumped up the cinnamon, maple, vanilla beans and hazelnut coffee from the original recipe.

I’m a sucker for a stout from The Answer. They nudge you right towards the edge of the sweetness precipice, but never shove you off. This poured.. well, you can see how it poured. A crazy head formed despite a slow (and skillful) pour, but it’s inky black in the glass with a soapy tan head. You can smell this beer from literally 2 feet away. It smells like hazelnut coffee affogato with vanilla ice cream. It’s an amazing dessert beer

L: Had this beer on-tap at The Answer, poured into a taster. Had a dark brown / black color and a thick, opaque consistency. There was a half inch of creamy, tan-colored, fairly long-lasting head. Excellent lacing.
S: A very good aroma of coffee, malt, maple, chocolate, and vanilla.
T: Tasted of a moderate amount of malt (present throughout), a tinge of vanilla (subtle, lingers around), a good shot of coffee (a big factor), light chocolate notes (always welcome), and some maple as well. An interesting flavor that's more subtle than expected. Not as big and aggressive as some stouts, but still flavorful.
F: An average amount of carbonation with a smooth finish. Medium-bodied.
O: A solidly made and enjoyable stout. Worth a try.
