L: Had this beer on-tap at The Answer Brewpub, poured into a taster. Had a dark brown / black color and a thick, opaque consistency. There was a thin, foamy, tan-colored head that quickly dissipated. Average lacing.
S: A very good aroma of chocolate, cinnamon, malt, marshmallows, and maple syrup.
T: Tasted of a good amount of cinnamon (always present), a tinge of maple syrup (less than expected), a decent bit of chocolate (quite sweet), light malt notes (not a huge factor), and some marshmallows as well. A sweet and likable flavor. It's not as robust as some of the Answer's stouts, but is still pretty tasty.
F: A fair amount of carbonation with a smooth finish. Medium-bodied.
O: In general, this is an easy to like stout. Worth a try.
