L: Had this beer on-tap at The Answer Brewpub, poured into a taster glass. Had a dark brown / black color and a thick, opaque consistency. There was an inch of creamy, tan-colored, somewhat long-lasting head. Fantastic lacing.
S: An excellent aroma of chocolate, marshmallows, coffee, bourbon, malt, and coconut.
T: Tasted of a decent shot of coffee (more subtle than expected), a good amount of malt (present throughout), some coconut notes, lots of chocolate (quite sweet), a fair amount of bourbon (and its barrel), and marshmallows to boot. A complex and likable flavor. It's just boozy enough enough to make things interesting. Tasty stuff.
F: A below average amount of carbonation with a smooth finish. Full-bodied.
O: A well made stout. Drinkable.
