L: Had this beer on-tap at The Answer Brewpub, poured into a taster. Had a dark brown / black color and a tick, opaque consistency. There was a quarter inch of foamy, tan-colored, fairly long-lasting head. Fantastic lacing.
S: A very alluring aroma of chocolate, cream, cinnamon, maple syrup, malt, coffee, and vanilla.
T: Tasted of decent amount of the advertised maple syrup (very sweet), a hint of vanilla (lingers around the edges), a lot of chocolate (always nice to see), a ton of cinnamon (a surprising amount), some malt (a subtle presence), a bit of cream, and a hint of coffee. A warm, big, and complex flavor. Very tasty.
F: An average amount of carbonation with a smooth finish. Medium-bodied.
O: Another excellent stout from The Answer. Drinkable.
