Balanced, rich. Nailed the salted caramel profile. Thick as hell; you can literally feel the adjuncts. Finishes smooth and pretty boozy.

L: Had this beer on-tap at The Answer Brewpub, poured into a taster. Had a deep, dark brown color and a thick, opaque consistency. There was a quarter inch of foamy, fairly long-lasting head. Pretty good lacing.
S: A sweet and enticing aroma of chocolate, malt caramel, coffee, and Oreos.
T: Tasted of a small amount of malt (overpowered by the other ingredients), a hint of coffee (a subtle presence), lots of chocolate (always welcome), some caramel (quite sweet, but never cloying), and a bit of Oreos as well. This is a focused, complex, and well done flavor. Not overly aggressive, but certainly assertive.
F: A fair amount of carbonation with a silky smooth finish. Medium- to full-bodied.
O: A well made, easy to like stout. Drinkable.
