Poured into a beer advocate 25th anniversary teku — hell yeah!!
A: Moderately hazy, medium yellow, with tall off-white to finger head with good retention and copious lacing.
S: Aroma is mostly grape fruit, orange, and pineapple with low fruity esters
T: Flavor is solid, but similar to other hazy, IPAs, with pineapple, grapefruit, lemon-lime, orange, and guava in a medium intensity package. Esters remain low intensity, and fruity with a slight alcohol presents. Bitterness is low. There is an astringent note in the finish and aftertaste that led me to downgrade the flavor.
M: Feel is slightly more than medium body width, a tacky, mid palate and medium finish.
O: Solid hazy DIPA but not really distinctive in any way.
