Why this isn’t a Swartz beer I don’t know, if only to make the line stick. (Yes, that’s a Spaceballs reference, and no, I am not a teenager again.)
Pours as expected, with a thick creamy cap of coca colored foam. Big roasty notes stand out on the nose, with a touch of piney hops. The roast comes across on the sip, French press all the way, with the zest off of a grapefruit peel on the finish.
