Pours with a nice thick creamy tan head. Head dissipates slowly leaving lots of lacing behind. The color is a very opaque black.
Aroma has a nice bit of floral hop bouquet with a little bit of roastiness.
Flavor is built on roasted malts and coffee. Lots of piney hop bite in this one, with a nice grapefruit hop finish.
Good carbonation level and nice medium to full body.
A great porter with a good amount of hops to kick you in the teeth.
