Beer poured with just a slight off white head that left immediately. A clear, gold color with absolutely no lace left behind.
Aroma had a slight hop bouquet with a touch of citrus, maybe lemon.
Flavor was a bit sweet malts with lemon. A nice hop bite finishes this beer along with a bit of dryness. Nice balance between hops and malt.
The carbonation was just too low, almost flat, maybe this was the end of a keg, but should have been more carb for a pilsner. Body was light and crisp.
Just need to improve the carbonation on this one.
