Poured with a moderate off-white head thatlingered for awhile and left moderate lace. A golden-amber color with a bit of chill haze.
Aroma was full of floral hop bouquet and some peppery spice.
Taste was full of earthy yeast and some wet hay. i got a strong impression of cooked spinach, not sure where that came from. Little bit of malty sweetness. Finishes a bit dry with a subtle warming alcohol.
Nice carbonation level and a light to medium body.
Not bad for a New Mexico "belgian", unfortunately TMBC serves all there beers in a pint glass.
