This APA was made with Centennial, Cascade and Amarillo hops, thus the name. Off the tap it was a bright orange color with great clarity and some rising carbonation. The head was off-white and thin, the retention weak and the lacing weak too. The aroma was of big floral and citrus hops, grapefruit in particular, with some pale malt behind it. The flavors were well balanced; floral hops first hit my tongue followed by a pleasant herbal bitterness and a solid malt character. The body was medium, the mouthfeel watery and the carbonation too soft, typical of that location. A sessionable APA but otherwise unremarkable.

Poured a clear golden-amber, with a small white head and minimal lacing left behind.
Aroma was full of fruit, dominated by peach and grapefruit, wonderful aroma.
Taste was full of sweet crystal malts and a nice, lingering hop bite. Lots of peach and grapefruit in the taste also.
Wonderful balance of hops and malt in this beer.
