The aroma is actually quite apricoty. Clear golden color in the glass. Decently carbonated.
Light weight with a pleasant apricot taste. Tangy with a clear, beery taste. They use that same dirty hop in this as the other Kelly beers. Not much else to say about it. A pleasant quaff if you glup it down quick enough. Thank goodness for the apricot, but it is so much less pleasurable than the Pyramid version, for instance.
On tap at the brewpub on Central Avenue near the University.

This had a thin, bone-white head with low retention. The nose was redolent with apricot, like opening a jar of preserves. The color was a slightly hazy medium-amber. The mouthfeel was medium-to full with a perfume-y taste on the tongue. The finish returned the apricot flavor that I had experienced on the nose. It also struck me as being somewhat sweet throughout.
