This was an oops beer by the brewers. The bartender told me they accidentally poured apple extract instead of the apricot extract, and came up with this.
Pours a slight amber with white head and heavy lacing. Nose has a faint hint of apple. Flavor is most like green apples - especially pungent apple skins. Ever so slight bitter tone. Feel is smooth. Very drinkable, though it doesn't woo me as much as the apricot, which supposedly this is a twin to, with just a different flavor.
