Dark reddish amber in the glass. Modest foam with an average carbonation in the mouth. Light body.

A little bit of roasted malt on the lips. Faint sweetness and a light flowery taste. Surprisingly less hopped up than a lot in this category. Brewery lists it at just 27 IBU. Not much to this stuff, but there is a wee tang of resiny hops and a bit of beery maltiness. Seems to be the standard inoffensive profile of the Kelly's beers. I'm still hoping to taste some of their seasonals.

On tap at the brewery in Albuquerque.
