Poured with very little head that dissipated quickly, a nice clear ruby-brown color, with minimal lading left on the glass.
Aroma had a nice hop bouwuet and caramel sweetness.
Taste was composed of sweet malts, caramel, lots of toffee and nice piney hop bitterness.
Mouthfeel was a little light in the body but overall a nice balance of malts and hops.
Went down quite well with the rich desserts we had.
