Appearance - Pours a pale amber with three fingers of foamy white head.
Smell - tropical and citrus hops, pineapple, passionfruit, mango, bready caramel malts, citrus rind, and lemon.
Taste - Tropical and citrus hops at the forefront. The pineapple, passionfruit, and mango follow then quickly is finished off by the bready caramel malts, citrus rind, and lemon.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes sticky with the tropical and citrus hops lingering.
Overall - A flavourful and enjoyable IPA that delivers a good dose of tropical and citrus hops. This brew takes me back to the NZ and Australian brews I had enjoyed a few months back. Well done!

650ml bottle - the latest in their IPA Series, made with Enigma, Vic Secret, Galaxy, Ella, and Topaz hops, Australian varietals all, and hence the name, which I'm quite fond of, actually. I can just hear Paul Hogan ordering this instead of a Fosters.
This beer pours a clear, bright medium copper amber colour, with three fingers of puffy, loosely foamy, and bubbly ecru head, which leaves a decent array of cobwebbed lace around the glass as things slowly progress.
It smells of dank pine resin, bready and doughy caramel malt, dense tropical fruit (quite melon-forward), some generic citrus rind, and more leafy, weedy, and musky floral green hop bitters. The taste is gritty and grainy caramel malt, more exotic fruitiness (pineapple, mango, and kiwi), mixed and matched Florida citrus peel, and some relatively benign leafy, piney, and floral verdant hoppiness.
The carbonation is quite active in its palate-taunting frothiness, the body a solid middleweight, and generally smooth, with just a touch of plain bitterness maybe taking a minor tithe here. It finishes off-dry, the malt and complex fruitiness winning the lingering day.
Overall - this is a pleasant enough rendering of the style, with the focus on Down Under hops a cute move, I suppose. However, no single real defining regional characteristic emerges, and that's probably due to the everything but the kitchen sink approach. Whatevs, it's tasty, and worthy of checking out.
