Format: a solid brown 330mL bottle with a really cheesy faux-'Indian' label. Makes little sense since it is a New Zealish beer and the style is Czech.
Appearance: pours out a solid yellow with a white head that frizzles away to virtually nothing. Looks a bit disappointing.
Aroma: a light aroma of lemon citrus, grass hops and a touch of biscuit malts. Pretty Nice, actually.
Taste: pretty much follows the nose but even more demure - citrus, grass and a touch of those hops. Really quite too light, perhaps due to it's organic nature.
Aftertaste: not much on the finish, just a very light hop bitterness.
Mouth feel: very light and a little thin, with a moderate carbonation. Feels a bit flat and lifeless.
Overall: yet another organic beer that has little in the way of flavour and a flat feel. In this case the flavour profile is at least quite nice, but a fuller feel would really help it's cause.
