A: The body is super cristalline, you can see through the beer quite well. There's almost no gasification and no head was formed while pouring the beer which means no lacing nor retention. But it's quite great even without the head.
S: Great! It's very hoppy & malty. And a few levels below on olfactory sensitivity you can smell some cool citrus and pine tones here.
T: It's very well balanced, both the sweetness and the bitterness created by the hops. Pine notes are all over this.
M: It's good. Now you're having a carbonation that you weren't expecting, in a not so flattering way but it's still a surprise for me the kind of high standards I got until here.
O: It's the first spanish beer that I'll remember for a long time. Great APA.
