Tokitae is an "old school" west coast IPA, if you're into that kind of thing. (I am).
L - The classic amber/pine color glow of a west coast IPA.
S - Fantastic pine forest and citric whiff to this, some malt/caramel notes...
T - Doubles down on pine pine pine, some dankness, proper.
F - Really good carbonation, mouth feel, lively, stays interesting across the palate
O - A lovely re-visit to what IPAs were 20 years ago, updated, and of serious interest to anyone over 30. ;)
