Appearance: Arrives cloudy with an apricot nectar hue; the one finger head leaves splashy lacing
Smell: Fresh squeezed grapefruit and Meyer lemon tones; very citrusy aromatics with pineapple and mango supporting
Taste: The grapefruit and Meyer lemon flavors burst forward, creating a passionfruit character; pineapple and mango add tropical sweetness; the bitterness is moderate with a bright, juicy finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation; somewhat creamy
Overall: A NEIPA that is outstanding in every way; just the right level of bitterness and an excellent mouthfeel
