Appearance: Pours a cloudy goldenstraw with a bubble show that builds to two fingers; excellent retention with shards and clumps of lace left behind

Smell: Juicy tropical fruit aromatics with papaya, lychee and lemon tones

Taste: Slightly sweet papaya and lychee on the tip of the tongue with the lemon and pith tones developing as the liquid heads to the back of the throat; slightly vinous with low to moderate bitterness on the finish

Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation; slightly creamy

Overall: The Bruce Hop Blend gives this a bit of a Southern Hemisphere aspect; quite delicious

Thanks, highdesertdrinker, for the opportunity

Pours a turbid yellow - gold with a little head. The aroma is herbal, dank, hoppy with a whiff of some fruits. The taste is dank, bitter, spicy, herbal with some tropical fruit and grapefruit and a little earthiness and rawness there as well. This is very fresh and tastes like it. A very interesting beer with the Bruce Blend, Strata and El Dorado hops. Not the juice bomb that they purport IMO but I like it as I do most of their IPA’s, cheers!
