Pours a clear deep producing 2 fingers of foamy, somewhat lasting, white head that leaves patches & rings of lace. Aroma is lemon, grass & thin floral hops, faint caramel & a hint of vegetable. Taste is grass & lemon, pepper, thin caramel & a moderately bitter hop character from mid-sip that intensifies into the aftertaste. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with moderate carbonation, pepper spice, juicy & bitter on the tongue.

12 ounce bottle - $1.99 at Total Wine & More in Kennesaw, Georgia.
Appearance: Pours a lightly hazed, darkish golden body. You know how you either ease up or pour harder depending on how the head is forming in the glass? This was a case where your brow furrows as you see it just has nothing going on whatsoever, even as you dump it into the stemless Riedel with aggravated aplomb.
Smell: Pilsner malts, hinting a bit at undermoisted dough, but there's predominately a main kick of coarse cracked barley grains in the nose. Lesser supporting notes of floral, zestful hops and citrus.
Taste: Pils malt backed by a firm, crunchy (ever so slightly astringent) graininess and honey cereal sweetness. Floral, spicy hops with a sufficient degree of bitterness to counter the upfront sweetness. A slight fruitiness is everpresent, but holds onto the background. Drying, thinning finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium carbonation.
Overall: No Pants Pilsner falls somewhere between a steam beer and a pilsner, though I wish they would've just committed to either one or the other. The sans pants policy is welcome, though.

Calls itself a Pilsner, but definitely tastes like a California Common.
I will buy again.
