Our New Wave Blonde ale was brewed with an English yeast to provide some fruity esters that give this simplistic style a well-rounded character, while remaining crisp and light. Light notes of semi-sweet fruits and bready malts dance on your tongue while finishing clean, crisp and refreshing!

LOOK: Pours a less than clear light pale straw yellow with an all white head that disappears quickly to nothing and also has zero side glass lace.
AROMA: A little lemon rind and hints of floral esters and yeast.
TASTE:Thin not much here in the flavor department.
I'll pass on this one.

12 oz can from Martin's, into Bell's Wheat Glass.
No date that I can read, just some black marks.
Hazy blonde, pretty deep, with a half finger of head that dwindles to a fingernail with no lacing.
Aroma of lightly toasted grain, with some pale malt, honey, slight celery, and slight citrus peel.
Nice flavor of yeast here. It's a well-balanced and flavorful beer. I nearly get circus peanut, just barely, with lots of wonderful bready and pale grain notes, slight coriander, honey, slight smarties sweetness, and a hint of jalapeno pepper (but that could be from the cigar I just smoked). "Well-rounded" is right. Very tasty. I can't complain at all.
Feel is the rough part. First thing I noticed was that the carbonation is intense and too prominent. What follows is a hint of dryness and a hint of starch, with slight buzzing acidity (in a blonde?). Not bad but not great.
Overall, a solid little banger on a hot day and I'm glad I had this. Has a Belgian twist to it. Buzz is settling in now after three beers today. Nice work. Not sure if I'd buy it again, but I very much recommend giving this a try.

New Wave has a thick, fizzing-away, off-white head, a hazy, bubbly gold appearance, which gets hazier, after the "swish & pour", and no glass lacing. The aroma is of lemony, funky pale malt. The flavor is similar, with sweetness and no bitterness. New Wave is medium bodied and has a semi-dry finish.
