We took our gold medal winning dry hopped pilsner and increased the amount of malt to give it more ABV and a fuller body! The result is a malty and doughy backbone with a bright and refreshing dry hop addition with Enigma and Barbe Rouge, which impart notes of red currant, strawberry, and a nice floral balance. Finishing crisp, this beer delivers on all sides to keep you happy while we continue to figure out how the heck to unmute or turn on our cameras!

I HATE Enigma. It imparts this weird bitter, fruity sweetness on the nose.. the palate is a little better, a little malt-forward but getting a lot of strawberry. Finishes with a touch of floral bitterness. Not awful, but can’t do that Enigma.

16 fl oz can/$2.50 USD plus tax at a beer store in New Orleans, LA.

"Imperial dry hopped pilsner with enigma and barbe rouge hops." 7.7% ABV. "Lager."

Odd fruity flavours from mismatched hop varietals run amok through this imbalanced brew, with its creepingly noticeable ABV throwing it further out of whack. Strawberry meets oddly doughy yeast meets clove honey meets 2-row...what were they even trying to brew here?

Tastes like a poor attempt to homebrew a Belgian pale ale.

Can from Canton St July 2020

Lots of floral and honey in the nose, finishes clean with a smidge of booze. Borderline Belgian ale. Not to my liking.
